 Samsung UN40D6300 GREAT TV.
The only difference between UN40D6300 and UN40D6000 is the built in web browser.
There are many web sites which i can watch and stream movies. I bought considering that aspect. Picture quality is great and clarity is sharp. Better than Sony TV's. The SMARTApp's are cool way to get connected. Its really a Smart TV

This is our first hdtv. I've been waiting for "connected" tv's to progress to the level this one is at. I have the set hardwired into our home gigabit network and can easily pull home movies and pictures off our pc that runs windows xp pro and Samsungs Allshare. It's just as easy to hop onto the internet with the browser and check email or what ever. A good portion of the included aps are worthwhile. I have most sound output go through the home theater. No matter if I'm watching movies on directv, the dvd player or xbox games. The browser does not port sound to the external speakers (or I don't have something hooked up correctly) so I have to switch to the tv's speakers if online.
Very easy to do with the remote. The picture is fantastic. I have not noticed any problems with fast action. We've watched a variety of auto races and are impressed with the picture. Can't wait for the football season!

Beautiful picture, nice T.V. Could have better sound...but it doesn't really matter as we have a sound system. No complaints - love it!

We've had the tv for about 2 months now and overall we are very happy. I'll break my review into sections:

Paul's TV - 5 Stars - We ordered from Paul's TV fulfilled through Amazon so 2-day shipping was free with Prime Membership. Ordered it on a Sunday and had it on Tuesday or Wednesday. Very happy! :)

Ease of Assembly - 5 Stars - Two of us had it together in just a few minutes. Just an aside, I love the swivel stand. Turns just enough to get rid of any glare that comes in from the two windows in the room.

Picture Quality - 5 Stars - No cable here, and even with just an antennae, it looks great. I didn't like the picture settings so I went to CNET's forums and used a combination of some recommended settings. Got rid of the soap opera effect and love the picture.

Overall this is an outstaning TV. The picture quality is the best. The SmartTV apps are solid, but there is a delay in running them. From the time you push the "Smart" button until it loads varries between 15 and 30 seconds.

Everyone who is complaining about the web browser - its a TV people, not a computer. If you want IE, than hook up your computer to this bad boy. I have used MLB.tv running as an app on the 6300, and the quality is MUCH better than Roku. Overall I have been impressed and would not hesitate to buy this tv again.
